Stay/Sleep:

See/Do:

  • Tour vielle ville (LGF)
  • Day Trip To Monaco
  • Volleyball (only public sandy beach in town -- could be fun) (WT)
  • "The ruined castle overlooking the harbour is a nice vantage point overlooking the city." Closes 8pm (WT)
  • Musee et Site Archeologiques de Cimiez: The ruins of the Gallo-Roman settlement in Cimiez, plus a museum with nice documentation on Gallo-Roman life (but mostly not in English). Get location from (WT)
  • Monte Carlo (on the way out of town)

 

Eat/Drink:

  • Morning market (cheeses, olives, fruits, etc) at cours Saleya (Tues, 7am-1pm) (LGF)
  • Produce market at Avenue Mache' de la Liberation (Tue, 7am-1pm) (LGF)
